"The word of the Lord came to me." Jeremiah 1:4
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart: I appointed you. . .to the nations. Jeremiah 1:
God has called each one of us. Sometimes finding out the purpose/reason/plan may take some time. Hopefully, we are not old with few days remaining before we discover what it is. I believe that when we commit to regular, personal time with God we will not just discover what it is, but He will reveal it to us. There is a rhythm, rhyme, and reason to His will. Our life makes so much more sense when we are aware of it.
If you want to find your voice, you need to hear God's voice. Your life is a unique translation of God's voice. If you listen to God, people will listen to you. Our society is sick in many ways. Some people would rather be famous than ethical. Some people are famous for all the wrong reasons, yet their voice has a degree of weight. Reality shows often show the under belly of life.
One does not need to seek a platform. God will always give you one. We have to hear God's voice to be God's voice in the earth. God will talk to you, guide you, direct you, be all you need to be to you and for you IF you open His Word and open your heart. He will begin to clean us up--He washes us with His Word. He makes us aware of our sin, our unforgiveness, our shortcomings, as well as our strengths, purpose, value, etc. If we get close to God, He will get close to each of us.
I am not ignoring the section of the chapter on sin. God will help us with that by making us aware of it. Prayer and intercession will help us as the Body of Christ. Sometimes we can be in self deception. Sometimes we can be so far in a hole that is takes the love and prayers of others to help pull us out. Our Father do not want ANY to perish. His loving kindness draws us to Him, and draws us to pray for others.
Fasting helps us to tune into God's frequency and cancel the noise pollution.
