Scripture: "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed..." Matthew 17:20
God continues to inspire me, and connect the dots, to specific areas in my life, while on the path of righteousness. As I read today's title I immediately thought we were going to talk about a financial seed; sowing and reaping financially. I am here at the Awakening Conference, Keith and I have sown two special seed offerings, one into the awakening of the Saints in American and on last night we sewed into the next generation, Linell, Brittny, and Katria. I'm sure each one of us have prayed for both our country and our children. All three speakers this weekend have stated, America is in trouble. The church must arise, we must wake up from the slumber the enemy has put us in; if we are to have a future and souls not lost. On last night Dutch Sheets reminded us that we are the result of a prayer seed planted at the development of this country. He showed us how our history is a testimony, and a testimony, is to say "God do it again, do now, what you did for my mother, for my grandmother, do it again God..." United States of America is a Christian nation...no matter what is being said, by whomever. We were encouraged to Appeal to Heaven, as our forefather's did more than two hundred years ago. We are the seed of our forefather's. Let's continue to grow where God has planted us, to make a difference in the earth realm. Revival is coming to the United States of American, there is hope for our nation, we shall repent, and we will appeal the case against America. We will go into the Courts of Heaven asking God to heal our land.
The last paragraph, in today's reading, speaks to seasons within my own life. "All of us go through times of spiritual, relational, or financial famines. It seems like the harvest will never come. And the temptation is to stop planting, but my advise is simple; sow a seed. Keep praying, keep obeying, keep giving, keep loving, keep serving. And if you keep sowing the right seeds, the harvest of blessing will come in God's time, in God's way!" (pg 76)
Departing Thought: If we do the little things as though they are the big things, then God will do the big things as though they are little things.
