Scripture: "Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful". Colossians 4:
I can relate to the statement the more you pray the more you notice; the less you pray the less you notice. Mark Batterson goes on to say, "We speak to God with everything from words to groans to thoughts. And God speaks to us through dream, desires, promptings, impressions and ideas.
The Holy Spirit is our sixth sense. I getting baptized with the Holy Spirit. Of course I was waiting for this earth shattering experience, but it never received the Holy Spirit like that. The Holy Spirit gave me a new determination, to walk upright. Things I use to battle with no longer had a stronghold on me. I didn't look different, but I definitely felt different. I was empowered from on high. I lead with the love of Jesus. I was not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It was a joy to see lives changed. Departing Thought: We don't see the world as it is; we wee the world as we are.

Missed posting yesterday, but here is my reply/response to the First-Class Noticer. 1. Watchmen have a unique and strategic vantage point. It provides each with the opportunity to see people/things/situations/opportunities through the eyes of God, Holy Spirit. We see things before they happen, because we are seeing as God sees. We are using our faith to see.experience the answers to prayer before the manifestation. 2. Prayer turns us into first class noticers--the more you pray, the more you notice. The opposite is also true about little or no prayer. 3. One's "Reality" is in the eye of the beholder. If I think it is, then it is, unless and until, I am seeing Holy Spirit's love and power are activated in me I cannot properly monitor my environment. Our presence should be salt and light; and His presence is us can change the very atmosphere of which we are a part. 4. Holy Spirit compensates for our limited sensory ability. We thank God for wisdom, understanding, comprehension, discernment, and revelation. Flesh and blood cannot reveal anything. It is limited to narrow perception, but revelation WOW. We know that we know what we know, but it came from the sixth sense, the indwelling presence of Holy Spirit. "Surely the Lord is in this place."
When Holy Spirit filled me, I knew I was different. I read the Word with greater understanding. It was like a new book that was suddenly opened to me. It a fantastic, exhilarating experience. I wanted to read His Word. I knew He was 'acquainting' Himself to me.
