Scripture: "We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:5
Thank You God for stirring up the dreamer on the inside of me...it was refreshing to hear how God's idea met Mark Moore on Capital Hill and a dream began. We all have dreams...the disconnect from our dreams comes from all around us. The step to fulfilling our dream are intentional, we must take steps towards the dream. Mark took steps of faith...he began the process of meeting with people time and time again, to make the God-inspired dream a reality. I'm sure the step towards that dream were not necessarily easy, I'm sure there were times when his steps were heavy, discouragement showed up, and nay sayers were many. Yet, Mark Moore remained obedient to what God birthed in him and completed the task. He was fulfilling his passion for the people of Africa, something that was birthed years before while serving as a missionary. God is a dream maker, He has birthed inside of each one of us passion for something. What is your passion? Pause, wait on God, to remind you, it may be deep down buried under many years of discouragement, but it's there. Did todays circumstance, bring you to a place where you are saying, what next God? Is this the time you step out in faith, to fulfill the dream God planted in your heart many, many, years ago? Wait for the answer...
I dare to dream again...how about you? Let's write the vision and make it plain on the pages of our journal. Start today...
