Scripture: ...yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give as much as you need." Luke 11:8
This year we, RCC Prayer Team, have stretched our faith to new levels. Believing God for divine appointments without going out and getting them. We have been praying for miracles, signs, and wonders, because the Bible says we, would do greater works, then Jesus...I have been elevating my faith to take God at His word. This reading encourages me "...if we are not willing to risk our reputation, we'll never establish God's reputation".
The month of September is a busy month for the RCC prayer team, we have labored and prayed that RCC will be a House of Prayer, there have been many times I have been discouraged, but God has steadied me. We have prayer walked three years in a row, seven weeks a row, pushing back the darkness in the name of Jesus. We kept asking, we kept seeking and we kept knocking, and He has answered. "God does not answer our prayers just to give us what we want; God answers prayers to bring glory to His name."
Today's reading challenge me. God has reminded me about some things the enemy has taken from me. I need to get righteously indignant; and have the audacity to take them back. Restitution is coming to my house; restitution is restoration with interest...I will keep on asking, keep on seeking and keep on knocking.
"The greatest tragedy in life is the prayers that go unanswered simply because they go unasked."
